Make a Donation

Support the mission of the Society by making a tax-deductible donation. Select from one of the five categories below.
Your name will be added to the Honor Roll of Donors. Unless you prefer to remain anonymous, donations will be recognized in the Honor Roll for the calendar year during which they are received.
If you are interested in making a donation through your estate or retirement plan, or in any of the many available types of planned gifts, please contact us at [email protected].

Additional Distinction

For each of the five categories below, you have the option to add distinction to your donation in one of two ways:

1. In honor or memory of someone special
Recognize a mentor or beloved colleague for their unique achievements and contributions by honoring them with your donation to the Society.
2. Join the Charles F. Hummel circle
The Charles F. Hummel Circle represents the highest level of generosity to the Society and recognizes donations of $1,000 or more. It is named in honor of Charles Hummel (WPEAC 1955), who began his Winterthur career as Assistant Curator in 1958 and who currently holds the title of Curator Emeritus. Donors at this level will be recognized with special listing in the Society's Honor Roll of Donors.

Among Mr. Hummel's many accomplishments are the establishment of the Winterthur/University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation, the publication of numerous landmark books and articles on decorative arts, and the formation of the National Conservation Advisory Council and the National Institute for Conservation, now known as Heritage Preservation.
